1. Focus on forgiveness. You may not feel that the person you need to forgive deserves it, but you deserve to finally be at peace.
2. Get rid of anger. Ensure you handle it effectively rather than hide it. If you try to push it away, it will just grow stronger and cause you more stress.
3. Make a list of your dreams and goals. Make a list of your short term and long term goals on paper. It gives you something concrete to look at throughout the day.
